Potluck dish signup (Non-dessert dishes)

Coming to the 10th? You know you want to show off your cooking skills. Come on in and sign up to bring a dish that will make you mefi-famous for years to come.

We have the prospect of a smoked pork shoulder and thai beef salad. What's your favorite summer entree, side dish or vegetable? All store-bought or homemade foods are welcome! Comment here to let us know what you'll be bringing to the potluck.

Not just a prospect of pork, it's a goddamned guarantee, unless we are hit with an epic rain storm the day before. Also, we'll bring the sauces and fixin's (buns & coleslaw) for sandwiches as well.

I can do a giant fruit salad. I do not know if this qualifies as dessert or non-dessert, so I'm posting it in both. Any anaphylactic allergies I need to know about?
