ARE YOU READY TO PARTY, NYC?

The party is less than 24 hours away! The address is posted above. Big props to all the folks who worked to get the space ready, it is going to be KILLER!

Miscellaneous items:
*If you have a favorite drink mixer, please bring; we'll have a few basic things.
*The owner of the venue would like us to remind you that there is no smoking inside the building and no drinking outside the building. Thank you for complying.
*We're still accepting donations to cover the costs of drinks and getting the space ready. Your lovely door people will be happy to accept them as you come in.

Sigh. Part of me really wants to come, since it's not likely I'll be doing anything else tomorrow night; the other part of me is mortified at the idea of going to a place I've never been with a bunch of people I've never met.

I'm going to Costco tomorrow for cups and other such things. Does anyone have any special requests about designs they want on their dixie cups? Barbies? Tonka Trucks?

I'll be part of Team Costco as well, though I'll be showing up later at the meetup. I propose Dora the Explorer. I don't know why, but anytime party themes are involved I want to say go with Dora. We can get Diego for the dudes too.

Get a few more, our count keeps going up. Get some small paper plates and napkins as well, unless we talked about that already. I just got in from working on the space and i am a bit punchy.

There will be cupcakes but not red velvet.

hoping that the party will still be going into the night - I will be working until midnight, then i'll be heading in to join you. Will come with ice and some beers for the late night folks. And some disco on a jumpdrive (sorry I couldn't offer my dj services earlier). Excited to party with you all!
