We need to pick a date and time between July 17 and July 19 and a location.

Any MeFites in the Louisville area? I'm envisioning Saturday or Sunday afternoon at Old Chicago - incredible beer list, great pizza - then walk over to Stony Brook Cinemas for a movie. Any derby city peeps?

I'm in Louisville, and would be interested.

I will be living in Louisville by then and would be very interested in attending.

I'd be up for something more in town. Maybe in the Highlands? I just never quite make it out to the suburbs.

I'm with mjones. In town sounds better...

I'm game. How about at Lynn's? (Just throwing that out there in lieu of any other suggestions.)

Sounds good to me. I'm less than a mile away...

Just my two cents...but I think Lynn's is really overpriced for what you get and annoyingly crowded on the weekends. J. Gumbo's, maybe (I'm partial to the one in Crescent Hill)? Cheap eats and a nice beer selection.

Lynn's is overpriced. How about Ramsi's, in the Highlands, that Saturday afternoon? Could then either hang out at Carmichaels, or walk across the street to Baxter to take in a movie ...

Cumberland Brews or Ray's Monkey House would be cool too... Rays usually has plenty of room to hang out and have a few beers.

Admin reminder: this meetup is going to be removed from the site tomorrow because the deadline for confirming the date, time, and location has passed. Please contact us with the details if you'd like to move this meetup from planning to scheduled.
